Rules governing the use of our transport services

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website genevapremiumtransfer.ch and the contractual relationship between Geneva Premium Transfer (hereinafter "the Provider") and its clients (hereinafter "the Client").

2. Services Offered

Geneva Premium Transfer offers premium transport services in Geneva and surrounding regions: city taxi, Geneva airport transfers, ski shuttles, long-distance VTC, event transport and private chauffeur hire. Vehicle: Mercedes-Benz Vito 119, up to 8 passengers.

3. Booking and Confirmation

The online booking process works as follows:

  • The Client submits their request via the online form — status: "pending"
  • An automatic acknowledgement email is sent immediately
  • The Provider confirms or proposes an alternative within 2 hours maximum
  • A minimum lead time of 3 hours before pickup is required for online bookings
  • For urgent trips (less than 3 hours): please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp

4. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions for confirmed bookings:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
  • Cancellation between 24h and 12h before: 50% of the amount due
  • Cancellation less than 12h before or no-show: 100% of the amount due
  • All cancellations must be notified by email or WhatsApp with written confirmation

5. Pricing and Payment

City taxi rides in the canton of Geneva follow the official regulated tariff (certified meter). Long-distance VTC transfers are subject to a prior quote accepted by the Client. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

The Provider undertakes to deliver a punctual, safe and professional service. Liability cannot be incurred in cases of force majeure (extreme weather, third-party accidents, strikes, road closures). The Client is solely responsible for their luggage during the journey.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logo, design) is protected by Swiss copyright law. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the Court of First Instance of the canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
