- Booking data: name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, date/time, number of passengers
- Contact data: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message
- Technical data: anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics)
3. Legal Basis and Purposes
Your data is processed on the following legal bases:
- Contractual performance: processing your bookings and responding to quote requests
- Legitimate interest: improving our services, site security and abuse prevention
- Consent: analytical cookies (which you may withdraw at any time)
4. Data Retention
Booking data is retained for 2 years from the date of the journey. Contact data is retained for 1 year. Analytical data is anonymised in accordance with Google Analytics and Vercel policies.

- Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data where permitted by law

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) and Vercel servers located in the United States. These transfers are governed by protection mechanisms recognised by Switzerland (standard contractual clauses).
